We are almost home — help us build it
We are delighted to share some thrilling news – Brentwood Art Center has secured a long-term lease for a new physical campus in Santa Monica.
We are launching a Capital Campaign to raise funds to support our build-out project — we invite you to help build BAC.
BAC’s new 7,400 square foot two-story art center increases usable classroom studio space by over 1,400 square feet, providing 8 new art studios for making, creating, innovating, and building. Designed for increased flexibility, the Center will include a ceramics studio, two painting studios, two drawing studios, two multi-purpose spaces, and a children’s studio. The space also includes movable walls allowing even greater access for special events and programming.
Located at 1625 Olympic Blvd. in Santa Monica, the Center is centrally located for easy access from all over L.A. County, with abundant parking and a Metro Rail station just around the corner. Crossroads school, 18th Street Art Center, and a park, complete with playground, are only a few steps away.

Leadership Council
The Brentwood Art Center Leadership Council is both a social group and a donor affiliate council. It is made up of donors who contribute $1,000+ a year to support our scholarship, education, community and veterans art programs. Members enjoy unique opportunities to attend exclusive art events, artist studio visits, and private collection tours.
BAC is 50 years strong. Artistic education formed the core beginnings of BAC. For half a century, BAC adapted to the art and educational needs of the community, providing scholarships for all levels—including children, teens, veterans, and continuing learners. Your gift helps ensure that our BAC community thrives. Please consider making a gift today.
